Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to meet business owners in person and present supplemental insurance solutions. You will conduct needs-based consultations, enroll clients, and build lasting relationships while benefiting from hands-on training and mentorship.

The role is full-time as an independent contractor with commission-based pay, a base draw, and bonuses in a local territory.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, reliable and coachable.
• Experience in direct sales or B2B is a plus.
• Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and building relationships.
