Home Genius Exteriors invites you to join a dynamic, field-based sales team in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on connecting with homeowners, presenting Home Genius products, and building lasting relationships.

You’ll participate in ongoing training and have clear paths to leadership as you progress. We offer base pay of $13/hour with bonuses and strong earning potential—first-year earnings typically $65k–$90k+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
