Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our fast-growing team in Virginia. This is a field-based, full-time role with opportunities to advance into leadership positions quickly.

You will reach out to homeowners, generate leads, present our exterior improvement solutions, and build lasting customer relationships through ongoing training and field-supportive programs.

Qualifications

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset for outbound sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people regularly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build customer relationships in the field.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospects.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Represent the Home Genius brand in the field.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed
