Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen in Oklahoma is seeking an entry-level sales representative to join our Proximity Marketing Team. You will engage homeowners at the door, learn product details, and coordinate with our call center to schedule appointments.

No experience required, just a positive attitude and teamwork. Earn $15–$35 per hour with base pay plus uncapped bonuses, plus paid training and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.

This is not a commission-only role. Most representatives earn $25-$35/hour through a combination of a $15 base pay and performance-based bonuses. We offer paid training and uncapped bonus potential.
