What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, though performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income fallback exists even during slow weeks.

With over 40 years of experience training successful reps, we emphasize skill-building in sales, networking, and communication—valuable in any career. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules that suit their needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. Most training and meetings are held in our office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
