Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen use and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but performance incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with potential for performance-based commissions. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of experience, we train individuals to succeed. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, some part-time, and others earn extra income around other commitments. Most training and meetings are held in the office, but sales reps work from home and locally after training.
