Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Illinois. You will meet homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and mentorship.

You’ll build relationships, tailor solutions to customer needs, and contribute to a collaborative team culture while pursuing long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Confident speaking with new people and presenting information.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals is advantageous.
