Job summary

Legacy Restoration LLC is hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team and help attract new customers to our business. This full-time role offers performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions.

You'll canvass neighborhoods around Huntley, IL, to promote roofing, remodeling and restoration services. Expect to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk neighborhoods and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to engage potential customers for roofing, remodeling and restoration services.
• Work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills to close deals.
• Explain services to homeowners and encourage them to book service appointments.
• Track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals.
