Agent Alliance Inc. is hiring for a remote-facing role that consults with individuals and families about long-term financial and family protection plans. You will follow up with warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, and tailor protection plans to client goals.

The position emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and teamwork, with comprehensive paid training and a 100% work-from-home setup.

• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure client documentation is complete.

In this role, you will consult virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about our long-term financial and family protection plans. No cold calling is required; you will only interact with warm leads who have initiated contact to request more information about our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on our protection plans.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
• Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• High level of self-motivation, organization, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Expected First-Year Earnings: $65,000 - $75,000
• This position features a highly competitive performance-based commission pay structure paired with monthly bonuses, allowing top performers to exceed the average first-year range significantly.

• This position is 100% remote.
