HTD Talent is recruiting Entry-Level Sales Representatives for opportunities across multiple U.S. locations. No prior sales experience required; you will receive paid, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and support to develop your sales and business skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by December 2026.
• Recent graduates and early-career candidates encouraged to apply.
• Must travel ~60% with occasional overnight trips.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, work with customers in your territory to identify solutions meeting business needs.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and develop new opportunities.
• Connect with prospective customers through outreach, leads, and referrals.
• Meet with customers at their locations to understand needs and present products.
• Work with the local sales team to achieve sales goals and complete paid training.
