Job summary

HTD Talent is recruiting Entry-Level Sales Representatives for our client with opportunities across multiple U.S. locations, including Seattle. This is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking a career in sales, with paid hands-on training and mentorship.

You will build relationships with customers, identify business opportunities, and meet with clients to understand needs. A base salary ranges by location, with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Recent graduates or early-career professionals are welcome.
Bachelor’s degree by December 2026 or soon.
Strong work ethic and effective communication.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Connect with prospective customers through outreach, leads, and referrals
Meet with customers at their locations to better understand their needs
Present and demonstrate products and solutions
Work with local sales team to develop opportunities and achieve sales goals
Complete paid training to develop product, sales, and customer relationship skills
