Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Recruiter to identify, screen, and coordinate interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region. No prior recruiting experience is required—training is provided, and you bring grit, personality, and a desire to win.

You will post jobs, source resumes, conduct quick phone interviews, schedule candidates with local teams, and keep the ATS up-to-date while hitting weekly hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
