Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is looking for ambitious, entry-level sales associates to start a sales career on the road. If you are competitive, personable, and eager to learn, you’ll join a high-energy team with rapid development opportunities and extensive product training.

We offer a strong base pay with bonuses, paid time off after 30 days, and a path to leadership within months. The role requires weekday and weekend availability and a field-based schedule.

• Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days).

Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest in the country and we are looking for talented, ambitious entry level sales individuals to add to our team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies
• Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients
• Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis
• Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services
• Not a remote position

Salary and Benefits:

• $17.25 -$22 /hr plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25-$30/hr)
