Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and learn our proven sales process through hands-on training.

You will earn uncapped commissions, participate in weekly meetings and training, and have opportunities for career growth, with a $3,900 sign-on bonus paid over twelve weeks of initial training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or another customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient products and services.
• Learn and apply POWER’s proven sales process through training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to improve sales approach.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for career growth.
• Participate in weekly meetings, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities.
