You’ll work alongside experienced sellers, compete in regular sales contests, and receive hands-on coaching to accelerate your success.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years sales experience or strong competitive background (retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, etc.)
• Hungry, driven, resilient — thrives in a results-focused environment
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
• Coachable, quick learner, and comfortable with targets/metrics
• Comfortable working in Cincinnati, OH
• Valid driver’s license as needed for local travel

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold outreach (phone, email, social) and follow up inbound interest
• Qualify opportunities and run discovery conversations
• Present value-based solutions and close deals to meet monthly and weekly quotas
