Kinnetic Marketing is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join its growing Cincinnati team.

You don't need previous sales experience. Full paid training is provided, with ongoing coaching to help you develop your communication, customer engagement, and sales skills.

The Role

You'll speak directly with customers, understand their needs, answer questions, present suitable solutions, build relationships, and work toward team goals.

You'll also learn how to:

• Communicate confidently with different customers
• Develop strong sales and customer service techniques
• Stay organized with customer information and follow-ups
• Work effectively in a fast-moving, team environment
