Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Operations Specialist in Plano, TX to drive annual sales targets and manage end-to-end order, shipping, returns, and AR processes. You will coordinate client visits, travels, conferences, and ensure accurate documentation for seamless operations.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize SAP to oversee factory operations from receive PO to shipping with logistics coordination.
  • Handle product returns with RMA management and coordinate with BU/Front end team and technicians for repairs.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels within the HUB to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain monthly sales rolling basis and review variance at month end.
  • Welcome clients during visits, organize itineraries, and coordinate conferences.
  • Monitor and process customer payments and maintain AR records.
  • Complete action items from project meetings to ensure progress.
  • Manage routine project operations to maintain efficiency.

ROLE/JOB SUMMARY:

The Manufacturing Sales Operations Specialistposition focuses on achieving annual sales goals, managing client relationships, and overseeing key processes such as orders, shipping, returns, inventory, and accounts receivable. This role also involves organizing customer visits, coordinating conferences, and maintaining accurate documentation to support operational and sales success.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed yearly sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing their needs, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Utilized SAP software to oversee factory operations, from receive PO, key in S/O, align with production control team, get finished good output until arrange shipment with logistic team to customer
  • Handle product returns efficiently, discuss with BU/ Front end team for RMA management and co-work with technician until product repair finished
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels within the HUB, ensuring stock availability and accuracy to support customer demands.
  • Maintain sales rolling monthly basis base and summary the gap between budget& forecast. Also review variance every end of month
  • Welcome clients during visits, organize itineraries, and coordinate conferences to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
  • Monitor and process customer payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable.
  • Complete and follow up on action items discussed during project meetings to ensure progress.
  • Manage routine operations and tasks related to the project to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Financial acumen for managing accounts receivable and resolving billing issues.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools for sales, inventory, and account management. (Excel, SAP, etc.)
