The Valley Collective is a Dallas-based nonprofit marketing partner recruiting Nonprofit Marketing & Sales Associates to represent charities at live events, engage with the public, and promote campaigns across the city.

No experience is required; we train for skill and offer weekly pay, bonuses, and a clear path to leadership within a high-energy team.

• Represent nonprofit partners at live events, pop-ups, and busy public locations across Dallas
• Start friendly conversations and explain each campaign’s mission clearly and accurately
• Lead fundraising and sales conversations that encourage people to support the cause
• Help new supporters sign up with care and professionalism
• Set up and run eye-catching event displays
• Work toward daily campaign goals with your team
• Share feedback and insights to help improve each campaign
• Take part in regular coaching on communication, marketing, and sales

The Valley Collective is a Dallas marketing agency built with heart and hustle. We partner with respected nonprofit organizations to connect them with the communities they serve, through live events, pop-ups, and public campaigns across the city.

We’re growing our Dallas team and hiring Nonprofit Marketing & Sales Associates to be the face of our charity partners. You’ll share each organization’s mission, start real conversations with people from every part of Dallas, and help them become supporters. You’ll learn marketing, sales, and fundraising skills on the job, with weekly pay and a clear path to leadership.

No experience needed. We hire for attitude and train for skill.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit partners at live events, pop-ups, and busy public locations across Dallas
