Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable awareness campaigns at retail and community event locations
• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face conversations
• Educate the public about campaign initiatives, programs, and promotional opportunities

About the Position

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Houston. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit and charitable organizations through face-to-face interactions at retail locations and community events.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll connect with community members, educate them about charitable campaigns and awareness initiatives, explain available support opportunities and promotional merchandise, answer questions, and assist individuals who choose to support these organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership while receiving paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Schedule

Full-time

Monday through Friday

Weekend availability for scheduled events as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable interacting with the public in person
• Reliable transportation to our Houston office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
