Job summary

Weather is hiring for an entry-level Sales & Leadership Development Representative in Midtown Manhattan. This full-time, W-2 role offers a weekly base pay of 650–1,200 with uncapped performance bonuses, plus paid training and a clear path to leadership advancement.

You'll represent nonprofit campaigns at live events, engage the public, and develop skills in sales, communication, team leadership, and business development while working toward both individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience is required.
• Paid training provided.
• Advancement based on performance, leadership potential, and willingness to take ownership.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns and partner brands at live events, pop-ups, and community activations.
• Start conversations with members of the public and clearly communicate campaign goals.
• Build sales, communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve results.
• Learn how to train, motivate, and support newer team members as you advance.
