Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start friendly conversations, and educate them about home comfort solutions.

Earn $18-$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an average of $20-$30/hour with commission. Part-time and full-time roles available; flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.

• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
