American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and home services inside national retail stores in Forney/Terrell, TX.

Engage customers, educate on options, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments. Flexible part-time and full-time roles with uncapped commission and weekly pay; weekend availability preferred.

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.

• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
