Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is seeking Roofing Restoration Specialists to join our field-based sales and project management team in Texas. In this door-to-door role you’ll meet homeowners, explain the restoration process, and help navigate insurance claims.

No roofing experience is required; we provide a 90-day paid training and a base salary with per-claim bonuses and commissions. You’ll manage projects from first knock to final shingle and build a strong referral pipeline.
