About our client

Our client specializes in supporting well-known non-profit organizations to communicate their mission, message, and values. By meeting with both new and existing customers, we are able to provide a deeper understanding of how they are able to help the organization. As well as the difference they can make and the benefits their support will provide.

About the Role

This is a face-to-face sales position focused on driving long-term donor acquisition for a respected nonprofit client. You'll connect with members of the public at events, pop-ups, and high-footfall areas, using strong interpersonal and sales skills to inspire support and secure recurring contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales interactions with potential donors at promotional events and public venues
• Promote the nonprofit’s mission and clearly communicate the value of long-term support
• Secure new monthly donors through persuasive, one-on-one conversations
• Represent the nonprofit with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times
• Work toward daily and weekly donor acquisition targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance campaign performance and donor experience
