Our team is expanding in Orlando and hiring a Pop Up Sales Assistant to represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through live, face-to-face campaigns across retail spaces and community events. This is an in-person, entry-level role focused on sales, outreach, and public engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pop Up Sales Assistant, you’ll work at high-footfall locations across Orlando — including retail centers, event spaces, and community hubs — where you’ll:

• Set up branded pop-up displays and campaign materials
• Approach and engage members of the public in natural, confident conversation
• Clearly explain the mission, impact, and goals of the nonprofit campaigns you represent
• Answer questions and address objections with professionalism
• Guide supporters through the sign-up or donation process
• Track daily performance metrics and contribute to team targets
• Work closely with team leaders to refine your pitch, improve conversion rates, and build confidence

Your success will come from your ability to read people, build quick rapport, and confidently ask for support.
