Job summary

Freight Flex, LLC in Irving, TX is seeking an entry-level Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless shipping experience.

You will close new business through inside and outside sales, grow accounts, respond to escalations, and collaborate with teammates to manage shipments end-to-end. The role is on-site with a standard 8-5 schedule and offers base salary plus 12% commission.

The opportunity

We are looking for entry-level fresh grads who can work onsite at our Irving office. Position starts inJanuary 2027. Come join our rapidly growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Work to close new business for the company through inside and outside sales.
• Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your own customer service methods.
• Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with your team members and external partners to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
• Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed.
