Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals for an entry-level sales role in Portland. You will be the first contact with homeowners, generating leads, scheduling free roof and exterior inspections, and educating customers on roofing solutions and property improvements.

The position offers outdoor, field-based work with hourly pay and commission opportunities, plus training and advancement potential within a growing company.

• Track activity and appointments using simple reporting tools.

Pay Structure

• Hourly Pay + Commissions
• $16.80 per hour + Commission opportunities based on appointments set and resulting sales
• Additional performance incentives available
• Unlimited earning potential based on effort and results
