State Farm Agency in Spanaway, WA is seeking a full-time Sales and Service Representative. No prior insurance experience required as we provide training; base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities include developing quotes, presenting to clients, closing sales, and building a network of client relationships. PTO and signing bonuses may be available for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and guidance throughout the licensing process.
