DDC Services is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry Level Sales role as a Product Demonstrator in Highland, IN. You will conduct one-on-one home demonstrations, build strong customer rapport, and develop communication and presentation skills through hands-on training.

This full-time position offers a $900 weekly base pay plus commission, weekly gas incentive bonuses, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

About the Role

DDC Services is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry Level Sales role as a Product Demonstrator. You will join a growing team focused on delivering one-on-one, professional product demonstrations at customers’ homes.

Success in this role means representing the company with confidence, providing clear product explanations, and creating a positive customer experience—while building communication and presentation skills through full team training. This position offers $900 weekly base pay + commission, weekly incentive bonuses for gas allowance, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The hiring process includes:

Attend one company orientation day, approximately two hours.

Complete two hands-on training days, approximately four hours each.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

Full-time opportunity. Based in Highland, Indiana. Customer appointments throughout Northwest Indiana. Daily schedules and appointment times vary. Reliable personal transportation is required. Applicants must have full-time availability.

COMPENSATION AND BONUSES

$900 weekly compensation opportunity under the company compensation program, subject to program qualification requirements. Additional flat-dollar commission for qualifying product sales. $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 30 days and meeting company requirements. Weekly gas allowance incentive bonuses, subject to eligibility. Weekly payment schedule. Compensation requirements and commission amounts are reviewed during the interview and before beginning work.
