The role involves travel to customer locations to inspect roofs and communicate findings, measuring roof areas to estimate material and labor needs, and assisting in proposal preparation for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required.
• Experience in general construction or roofing sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Able to climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Construction Management or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to inspect roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas.
• Measure roofs and estimate material and labor needed for re-roof.
• Work with Sales to create accurate proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel during the week.
