Job summary

SmartRoof offers a field-based roofing sales role where you will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for damage, and guide families through insurance restoration. You’ll start in a sales role with training and a path toward leadership, earning commissions with uncapped upside.

Year 1 compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000+, with Year 2 from $100,000 to $200,000+ as you grow through the program and leadership opportunities. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to work outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required.

What You’ll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You’ll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
