Job summary

Heritage-Construction-Co., LLC is seeking high-energy sales professionals to join our roofing and insurance restoration team. You’ll receive a 90-day paid training program, a base salary, per-claim bonuses, and commissions as you learn the business.

You will visit neighborhoods, engage homeowners, identify hail or storm damage, explain roofing options, guide customers through the claim and restoration process, and close projects with an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, competitive and motivated to build a rewarding sales career.
• Confident approaching homeowners and building trust face-to-face.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline by visiting neighborhoods, knocking doors, and starting conversations with homeowners.
• Identify potential storm/ hail damage and help homeowners understand what you find.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the restoration process from start to finish.
• Be the homeowner’s advocate, guiding them through the insurance claim and keeping the project moving.
• Close opportunities and build long-term relationships while delivering a great customer experience.
