Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a leader in commercial/industrial roofing, seeks an entry-level Roofing Technical Inspector to support Sales in the Gainesville/Cumming/Marietta region and Duluth weekly. The role involves traveling to job sites, inspecting roofs, measuring materials and labor, and assisting in proposal creation with the sales team.

Bonus opportunities exist along with premier benefits. Requires construction/roofing exposure, MS Word/Excel, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with bid estimating software.
• Experience in general construction or roofing sales is a plus.
• Has a valid driver's license and can travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and identify problem areas.
• Measure roofs and estimate materials and labor for re-roofing.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare accurate customer proposals.
