Job summary

Cox Roofing Systems in New Albany, IN is seeking a full-time, in-person canvasser to introduce homeowners to our services and set qualified appointments.

You will go door-to-door, educate homeowners on roofing and exterior remodeling, track activity in the CRM, and work with sales leadership to maximize results. Compensation is $50 per qualified lead plus weekly bonuses, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Cox Roofing.
• Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior remodeling services.
• Build rapport and represent the Cox Roofing brand professionally.
• Attend community events and local outreach opportunities as needed.
• Track leads, appointments, and activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize results.
