Job summary
Advanced Technology & Research Corporation (ATR) is seeking an entry-level Engineer based in Maryland to join the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, and contribute to world-class military programs supporting the US Navy's warfare technology.
You will work on-site with other engineers, providing support for rocket motor and energetic component in-service and production engineering, including fleet investigations, testing and data analysis, and configuration management of
Qualifications
- BS degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, Systems Engineering or similar
- 1+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with design, analysis, fundamentals of rocket motor propulsion is preferred
- DoD experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Join Engineering Services Division as an entry-level Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, MD.
- Support rocket motor and energetic component in-service and production engineering tasks.
- Perform fleet failure investigations, energetic components testing and data analysis.
- Assist in configuration management of technical data.
