Job summary

Arrow Electric Co. is seeking an entry-level Trainee to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of roadway electrical infrastructure including traffic signals, highway lighting, and underground systems in Kentucky.

You will develop foundational construction and electrical skills under supervision. This role emphasizes learning safe work practices, project standards, and KYTC requirements while gaining hands-on field experience in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• No prior experience required; construction experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of traffic signal components, roadway lighting, and underground conduit systems.
• Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with digging, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation.
• Follow direction from Technicians, Electricians, and Foremen.
