AtkinsRéalis in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an entry-level Roadway Engineer to join our Roads & Highways Team. You will participate in the development of conceptual to final design work and assist with environmental documentation and public hearing materials.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong technical writing, and training on MicroStation and design software such as GeoPak, InRoads, or OpenRoads. Education: B.S. in Engineering; EI certification required; 0–2 years experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s degree permits no experience requirement.
• 0–2 years in a related technical field preferred.
• Engineering Intern (EI) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in development of conceptual, preliminary, and final engineering plan work by completing defined tasks.
• Supports development of alternative highway designs for public hearing materials and environmental documents.
• Prepares materials for reports and permit applications; gathers information and creates outlines or presentations.
• Assists with calculation of quantities for construction cost estimates.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
