Mohave County Public Works is seeking a Road Maintenance Worker to join an entry-level team responsible for maintaining county roads and property. The role includes on-the-job training with light to medium equipment, with potential instruction for heavy equipment as qualifications are met.

Work comprises four ten-hour shifts with seasonal hours, possible overtime for call-outs, and occasional travel within Mohave County. A valid CDL may be required within six months of hire.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license at start and maintain it while employed.
