Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking a Test Technician to perform electrical testing on selected models under supervision. You will ensure ESD safety and proper setup, document test results, and maintain accurate records of production runs.

Responsibilities include handling test fixtures, inspecting accessories for cleanliness and usability, and reporting discrepancies. A high school diploma and English communication skills are required, with basic MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and communicates in English.
• Uses basic computer software (MS Office).
• Works with team to resolve test-related issues.
• Maintains clean and organized work area.
• Able to differentiate colors per ISHIRA color blindness test.
• Uses hand tools such as torque wrench and tuning sticks.
• Tunes and adjusts transformer wires per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test setup and perform electrical testing per documented procedures under supervision.
• Verify workstation is ESD safe before work.
• Segregate nonconforming products per procedure.
• Complete test failure reports if applicable.
• Verify revision status of documents and CPs used in processing assignments.
• Document all production run information per procedure.
• Return test fixtures to the hold area and maintain unused accessories.
• Ensure accessories are clean and usable per CP-8001.
• Report discrepancies found on CPs, QC sheets and related documents.
