Job summary

OneFiltr is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to contribute to hands-on hardware development for tunable RF filters. You will work across RF, PCB, embedded systems, FPGA, and hardware testing, building from prototype to product and solving real hardware challenges.

You’ll gain experience with MATLAB and Python, automate tests, and troubleshoot hardware with a close-knit engineering team, growing toward a technical owner role in RF-related areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience with electrical hardware required.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, or similar programming tools.
• Hands-on hardware control platforms (e.g., Arduino) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and also in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build and test RF hardware from prototype to product.
• Gain hands-on experience across RF, PCB, embedded systems, FPGA, and hardware testing.
• Develop automation and control systems using Python/MATLAB and microcontrollers.
• Troubleshoot real hardware and perform RF measurements.
• Collaborate with the founding engineering team to improve performance and manufacturability.
• Grow into a technical owner in RF Filter Design, RF Systems, or Hardware Test & Automation.
