Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions in Aurora, CO is seeking an entry-level RF Engineer I to launch a career in wireless network engineering. You will support design, analysis, and optimization of 4G LTE and 5G networks under guidance from senior engineers.

This role focuses on data-driven performance, network KPIs, drive test data, and collaboration with RAN, field operations, and construction teams to deliver reliable coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of RF engineering or wireless telecommunications experience.
• Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with RF concepts such as propagation, link budgets, and interference.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RF network design, coverage analysis, and propagation modeling.
• Support senior engineers with link budget calculations and coverage predictions.
• Analyze network performance metrics such as RSRP, SINR, throughput, and call drop rates.
• Assist with drive test data analysis using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.
• Support troubleshooting of network performance issues.
• Assist in the preparation of RF engineering documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineering, field operations, and construction teams.
• Participate in RF design reviews and engineering planning meetings.
