In this entry-level role, you will support the design, analysis, and optimization of 4G LTE and 5G wireless networks, working alongside experienced engineers to help ensure reliable and high-performing wireless coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of RF engineering or wireless telecommunications experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RF network design, coverage analysis, and propagation modeling.
• Support senior engineers with link budget calculations and coverage predictions.
• Analyze network performance metrics such as RSRP, SINR, throughput, and call drop rates.
• Assist with drive test data analysis using TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.
• Support troubleshooting of network performance issues.
• Assist in the preparation of RF engineering documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineering, field operations, and construction teams.
• Participate in RF design reviews and engineering planning meetings.
