Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins is hiring Entry Level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required, and we provide paid training to get you started.

You will learn essential skills on the job and have opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management roles in a stable, year-round work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Able to work in a team environment on restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings
• Follow company safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required
• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects
