Job summary

Restoration Management Company seeks a Technician I to perform on-site restoration tasks under supervision, developing proficiency with industry tools while learning proper techniques and safety protocols.

You will report to the Branch/Operations Manager at the Chatsworth location, assist in material handling, preparation, and documentation, and collaborate with Lead Technicians and other teams in a 24/7 restoration environment. Strong English communication and physical fitness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic hand tools in a construction or similar setting.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions.
• Respect and adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Technician and perform assigned tasks.
• Assist in material pickup, stocking, and moving client contents as needed.
• Lift and pack contents into boxes, haul materials, and support field operations.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as required.
• Complete time reporting and submit timecards promptly.
• Attend safety briefings and training and follow PPE guidelines.
• Wear respirator when required and comply with fit testing.
