Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Technician I to perform a range of site tasks under the direct supervision of a Lead Technician. The role focuses on gaining hands-on knowledge with industry tools and equipment through on-the-job training, reporting to the Branch Manager/Operations Manager at the location.

Responsibilities include following directions, moving materials, lifting contents, maintaining vehicles, and completing time sheets.

Qualifications

• Experience using basic hand tools in a construction or similar environment.
• Ability to comprehend and apply basic safety protocols.
• Physically fit to perform duties described.
• Ability to read and understand basic written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions from Lead Technician and perform assigned tasks to support project completion.
• Lift and pack away contents in boxes and furniture; move materials as directed.
• Assist Lead Technician in maintaining company vehicle and restocking supplies.
• Complete time reporting paperwork and submit timecards promptly.
• Attend safety briefings and training to understand safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety guidelines; may involve respirator use.
