Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Peoria, AZ is seeking an entry-level restoration technician to perform on-site water, fire and mold remediation under supervision, following work orders and safety guidelines.

You will set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers, assist with content handling, and communicate clearly with supervisors and customers. This position offers hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a disaster-restoration team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation as directed, including water extraction and removal of non-salvageable materials.
• Sets up and monitors air movers and dehumidifiers.
• May perform other cleaning duties during mitigation or restoration jobs.
• Reports any equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Reports any customer problems or damage to supervisor.
• Completes tasks per company processes while maintaining quality control.
