Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup in residential and commercial properties following established safety and cleaning protocols.
• Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, and dehumidifiers.
• Remove and dispose of materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, flooring) properly.
• Clean and disinfect affected areas using approved antimicrobial solutions and equipment.
• Operate restoration equipment such as air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and moisture meters.
