Job summary

PuroClean is seeking a Disaster Restoration Technician to join our mitigation team. You will help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other damage, setting up drying equipment and removing debris.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and opportunities for advancement. This full-time role offers competitive pay ($20.00–$26.00 per hour) and benefits, with overtime potential and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Very good communication and customer service skills.
• Some construction knowledge and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with mobile apps.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Bring equipment into customers' houses and assist in setting up drying equipment.
• Remove damaged drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring.
• Demolition and hauling debris out of the customers house.
• Post demolition cleaning and leaving sites clean and orderly.
• Document job and take photos in a mobile app.

PuroClean, a leader in property emergency services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, and other conditions resulting in property damage. We are seeking remediation laborers to work with our mitigation team. No prior experience necessary.

Compensation: $20 to start depending on experience. Rapid pay increases with demonstration of skill and motivation.

As a Disaster Restoration Technician, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Bringing equipment into the customers house and assisting in setting up drying equipment
• Removal of damaged drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring
• Demolition and hauling debris out of the customers house
• Post demolition cleaning
• Leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Structural drying
• Working in attics and crawlspaces
• Documenting job and taking photos in a mobile app
