ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins in Chattanooga, TN is hiring entry level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required, and we provide paid training along with opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management roles.

You will assist with damage restoration, set up drying equipment, and help clean work sites while learning safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials.
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Document progress and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service on site.
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to wear a respirator when required
