Job summary

PDQ Restaurants is hiring for Entry Level Restaurant Managers to join our fast-casual team. You will support the Operating Director with shift leadership, training, and guest experience goals, while ensuring high standards of service and quality.

The role emphasizes developing team members, managing front-of-house operations and delivering a welcoming, efficient dining experience. Previous manager experience is preferred but not required; growth with a respected brand is encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member.
• Previous salaried manager experience is preferred but not required.
• The desire to grow with an established brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and training to shift teams.
• Ensure Guests' expectations are exceeded with exceptional service.
• Oversee Front and Heart of the House operations.

The manager assists the Operating Director in providing direction, training and the skill to ensure that the Guests' expectations are exceeded, Team Members are treated fairly and with respect and that each shift reaches its business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience running shifts as a manager, shift leader or key team member.
• Previous salaried manager experience is preferred but not required.
• The desire to grow with an established brand.

A PDQ Manager:

• Has excellent people and Guest service skills
• Is fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Manages both Front and Heart of the House operations.
• Relentlessly focuses on quality and making sure we meet or exceed our standards.
• Cultivates a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
• Coaches and teaches our Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.
